Celebrating Ireland
East Enders met to celebrate Ireland on March 19 at Canios Cultural Cafe.
Songs were sung, poems and stories read and all had a great time.
Heard was ex New York City bar-keep and singer Peter Walsh.
Sigrid Meinel read Death Transfigured our Separation by John Donahue.
Actor Kate Mueth of the group Neo-Political Cowgirls read from
Rosemary Mahoney’s "Whoredom in Kimmage The Private Lives of Irish Women”
Finally Sag Harbor’s Terry Sullivan led the gathering in Gaelic song.
