Lewis Steel’s book, The Butler's Child: White Privilege, Race, and a Lawyer's Life in Civil Rights was published by the University of South Carolina Press
Poet, educator and farmer Scott Chaskey read from his work this
month presented by the Southampton History Museum.
Chaskey is a pioneer in the Community Supported Agriculture movement.
He is past president of the Northeast Organic Farming Association of New York and the author of books on agriculture as well as poetry.
